We ship with Canada Post under their “live small cold-blooded non-poisonous animal specimens” policy.
Canada Post won’t ship small cold-blooded animals outside of Canada.
Canada Post won’t ship small cold-blooded animals to remote regions in Canada. For a list of regions, please see Canada Post Remote Locations.
Canada Post only ships small cold-blooded animals between April 1st and October 31st.
The shipping period for ship small cold-blooded animals must not exceed three consecutive business days. As such, Isopods.ca only ships livestock on Mondays and Tuesdays on dates not impacted by holidays, and will use the fastest shipping method possible.
Isopods come in deli cups placed instead insulted boxed with 3/4″ foam. If it’s cold, we’ll use a heat pack. If it’s hot, we’ll use a chill pack. During bad weather, at our discretion, we may not ship at all.
We guarantee live arrival only if the recipient is immediately available to receive the package. We will email you with a tracking number and encourage you to be available to receive the package. We can’t be responsible for any delays.
We also allow local pickup in Surrey BC on orders $50+.
